Terms of service.
Effective date: 25 May 2026
Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using www.stretch-lab.co.uk (“the Site”) operated by DKD Holdings Ltd (trading as StretchLAB) (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should leave the website and discontinue use immediately.
Accounts.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for activity on your account and must keep your password secure. Notify StretchLAB immediately of any security breaches or unauthorized use.
Member services and policies.
Cancellations: 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancel within 24 hours before your session to receive credit for future use. Cancellations after this timeframe forfeit the session. Sessions cannot be changed less than 24 hours in advance.
Personal Belongings: StretchLAB is not responsible for safekeeping of personal belongings. You assume all risk of loss.
Space rules and regulations.
- All sessions must be prepaid
- Reserved sessions must be changed or cancelled within 24 hours or will be forfeited
Memberships.
StretchClub memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions that include a set number of assisted stretch sessions per month, redeemable at any participating StretchLAB UK studio. These terms apply to all StretchClub tiers and govern the agreement between you and DKD Holdings Ltd trading as StretchLAB.
Tiers.
- StretchClub Essential — £120 per month, 2 x 50-minute sessions, additional credits at £60 per session
- StretchClub Plus — £200 per month, 4 x 50-minute sessions, additional credits at £50 per session
- StretchClub Extra — £360 per month, 8 x 50-minute sessions, additional credits at £45 per session
Each 50-minute session can be split into two 25-minute sessions at no extra cost. All sessions can be booked at any StretchLAB UK studio, subject to availability.
Billing.
Membership fees are charged monthly to the payment method provided at sign-up, on your activation date each month (or a preferred date if you have set one with us). Sessions reset to the tier allowance on each billing date.
Failed payments.
If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to retry over a period of 14 days. A £20 administration surcharge applies if payment is still outstanding after 14 days. If the account remains in arrears 28 days after that, the debt may be referred to a third-party collection agency. Your membership is suspended while any payment is overdue.
Minimum commitment.
StretchClub memberships have a minimum commitment of 3 months from the activation date. After the minimum term, the membership continues month-to-month and renews automatically on each billing date until cancelled.
Cancellation.
To cancel, email memberships@stretch-lab.co.uk with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. Requests received less than 7 days before the next billing date take effect from the billing date after that. The minimum commitment must have elapsed before cancellation takes effect.
14-day cooling-off period.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days of joining for any reason. To exercise this right, email memberships@stretch-lab.co.uk within 14 days of activation. If you have used any sessions during the cooling-off period, you will be charged the single-session rate (£70 for 50-minute, £40 for 25-minute) for sessions used, plus a £20 administration fee; any remaining balance from your first month’s payment will be refunded.
Freezing your membership.
You may freeze your membership for up to 3 months in any rolling 12-month period. Submit a freeze request to memberships@stretch-lab.co.uk with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. Billing pauses for the duration of the freeze, and the minimum commitment is extended by the equivalent period. Frozen sessions are not credited or rolled over.
Sessions and rollover.
Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month and expire at the start of each billing cycle. Sessions cannot be transferred to other people or accounts. If you cannot attend a booked session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit for future use within the same billing cycle (see Member services and policies above).
Additional credits.
Beyond your monthly allowance, you may purchase additional sessions at the member rate for your tier (see Tiers above). Additional credits purchased while your membership is active are valid for 3 months and do not expire on your billing date.
Refunds.
Membership payments are non-refundable except as required under the 14-day cooling-off period or by applicable law. We may, at our discretion, offer partial refunds or account credit in cases of material breach by StretchLAB.
Changes to terms.
We may update these membership terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email at least 30 days in advance, and your continued membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You may cancel under the standard cancellation policy if you do not accept the changes.

Clients aged 16 or 17 may attend when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Clinical oversight.
Assisted stretching sessions at StretchLAB are delivered by trained Stretchologists under the clinical oversight of a registered physiotherapist. This oversight informs the design and delivery of our session protocols.
Intellectual property.
Content on the website including text, software, graphics, photos, videos is owned by or licensed to StretchLAB. You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit content without prior written consent. “StretchLAB,” “Stretchologists,” and the yellow circular X icon are trademarks.

Communications.
Some communications are essential to delivering the Services you have booked or purchased. Examples include booking confirmations, password resets, and appointment reminders. You may stop receiving SMS from us at any time by replying STOP. When you become a customer we will send you occasional emails about StretchLAB news, offers, and similar services, under the soft opt-in permitted by UK PECR Regulation 22(3). You can opt out at any time in your account preferences or by clicking unsubscribe in any email, and we will not contact you again for marketing. Marketing SMS is opt-in only and never enabled automatically. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how we handle your communication preferences and personal data.
Termination.
StretchLAB may terminate access without cause or notice, resulting in forfeiture of associated information.
Third party sites.
StretchLAB has no control over third-party sites and assumes no responsibility for their content or practices.
Flex Points loyalty programme.
Flex Points is StretchLAB’s loyalty programme, available to all registered customers. Points are earned through activity with StretchLAB and can be redeemed for account credit, applied against any future purchase across any of our studios.
Earning points.
Points are awarded automatically on the following events:
- Account created: +150
- Session attended: +50
- Package purchased: +150
- StretchClub membership signed up: +250
- Successful referral (you referred a friend): +300
- Successful referral (you were referred by a friend): +300
Each qualifying event earns points once. Add your birthday to your profile to be eligible for an annual birthday reward.
Referrals.
Each customer is issued a unique referral code, visible on the Flex Points tab of your account page. When a friend uses your referral code and attends their first session with StretchLAB, both of you receive +300 points. Referral attribution is based on first referrer. There is no cap on the number of successful referrals from which you can earn points.
Referral points will not be awarded in the following circumstances: self-referral; where the referred person has previously attended a session with StretchLAB; or where the referring account no longer exists.
Redeeming points.
Points can be redeemed for account credit at the following tiers:
- 500 points: £10 credit
- 1,000 points: £22 credit
- 2,000 points: £50 credit
Redemptions are processed from your account page. Credit is applied to your StretchLAB account balance and can be used against any future purchase across any of our studios. Redemptions are final and one-way: points cannot be converted back once redeemed. If a purchase made using redeemed credit is subsequently refunded, the credit will revert in accordance with our standard refund policy, but the points used for that redemption will not be reinstated.
Expiry.
Points expire 12 months from the date they were awarded. You will receive an email notification 30 days before any points are due to expire. Redeemed credit is not subject to expiry under this programme.
Points cancelled on refund or cancellation.
Session points are only awarded when you actually attend a session, so cancelling a booking before the session does not deduct any points — none were earned at booking time.
If a membership is cancelled or a package purchase is refunded after points were awarded for that transaction, the corresponding points are reversed from your balance automatically. Membership reversals happen at the point of cancellation; package refunds are detected and processed automatically, typically within one working day.
Non-transferable.
Flex Points are personal to your StretchLAB account and cannot be transferred to another account.
Account deletion.
If you delete your StretchLAB account, any unredeemed points will be forfeited. Redeemed credit that has already been applied to your account balance will not be affected.
Changes to the programme.
StretchLAB reserves the right to modify Flex Points, including point values, redemption tiers, and expiry terms, at any time. We will give reasonable notice of any material changes by email or by posting an update on this page. Continued use of the programme after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Fraud and abuse.
StretchLAB reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or permanently revoke points where there is evidence of abuse, manipulation, or breach of these terms. We also reserve the right to suspend or close accounts where fraudulent activity is identified.
No cash value.
Points have no monetary or cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
Queries.
For any questions about your Flex Points balance or activity, please contact us at info@stretch-lab.co.uk.
Governing law and jurisdiction.
Disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their respective local courts.
Rights of third parties.
Non-parties cannot enforce these conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

StretchLAB reserves the right to modify terms by posting updates. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

You are responsible for password confidentiality. Do not share accounts. Notify StretchLAB immediately of unauthorized use.
