What a session looks like
Assisted stretching is one to one work with a trained Stretchologist who takes your body through stretches you cannot reach alone. Every fifty minute session adapts to how you feel, working into the tight hips, hamstrings, calves and lower back that come with running, cycling and busy family life. You lie back and let someone else create the range, and you leave looser and moving more easily.
