Your health and safety is our number one priority. During lockdown we've introduced the following measures

With air flow rate in excess of 30,000 litres per minute. Every site has its own ventilation system, ensuring an extremely high air standard is maintained at all times.

Please don't arrive more than 10 minutes early to your session. Please leave the studio promptly after your session to minimize contact. 

Our sites are deep cleaned every morning prior to your arrival and beds are cleaned before and after each session. 

You will be sharing the  studio but our beds are socially distanced with no more than five beds in a room. 

We are currently following Government guidelines, including the removal of self -isolation requirements. Should you choose not to attend your session, the above 24 hour cancellation policy will still apply. If you are self testing we suggest doing so outside of the 24 hours before your session. 

It has been a balancing act to maintain strict hygiene measures and create a place where you can relax safely. We strongly believe the measures outlined above will achieve this. However, this world is new for everyone, so we welcome your thoughts and feedback here.

We have lockers located in our Notting Hill location, however we have space under the treatment bed to leave your belongings at each location 

We don't have any showers available but you wont break a sweat being stretched! Please note our studios are a comfortable temp of 21c at all times 

We have disabled access at our Fitzrovia site only. 

StretchLAB is a 1-on-1 assisted stretching concept based in Fitzrovia and Notting Hill. 

People are waking up to the significance of recovering properly and how the norms of modern life can negatively impact the body. With StretchLAB, we’ve taken the responsibility out of your hands and put it in the hands of an expert - meaning that recovery is now something to embrace and enjoy rather than a chore.

Working personally with a StretchLAB ‘Stretchologist’, clients receive a full body stretch using StretchLAB’s proprietary technique, StretchologyTM, all within a 50 minute or 25 minute session. Stretching is beneficial for everyone, all body types, ages and lifestyles across the board – from highly active individuals, to those who spend long hours in front of a laptop and everyone in between. StretchLAB eases the aches and pains of modern life. 

Assisted stretching is noninvasive care for fascia and joints that is simple, convenient, and affordable. It prevents against injury, helps you to perform better and aids in recovery. You leave the session feeling loose and relaxed, having done something great for your body without any physical exertion required. Assisted stretching is not yoga, physiotherapy or massage – it sits in its own category (although, it can also be used to compliment these activities).

The Sessions

We currently only offer one to one sessions, we are not able to conduct group sessions but please contact [email protected] for corporate packages. 

If you have purchased a package or have a membership, you can book in at your leisure. You will not be able to book in unless you have an account with prepaid sessions on your account, please do not hesitate to contact the studios should you need assistance.  

Dress for your stretch session as you would a yoga or exercise class. 

Your stretch consultant will be taking your body into some very open positions that enable a full range of movement - So please make sure you are comfortably concealed. 

Please wear a fresh pair of socks before your stretch, if you do not have any we’ve got you covered, these are available for purchase at the studio front desk

Our studios are always set to 21 degrees. If you tend to get chilly go for long sleeves and socks. 

If your attire is not suitable to be stretched in, please note that we have sweatpants available for purchase in each studio. 

Please call to let us know, we will  accommodate where we can  but please be aware due to time constraints of our diary this is not always possible. If you are late we will still have to complete the session on time but we will ensure you still have a great session 

You can cancel online through your online account. Please be aware that cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are fully chargeable for the full session amount. 

Our Stretchologists are present on site at the time of your booking to stretch you, this fee covers their time and the studio fee. 

If you are having difficulties cancelling online please call the studio on 0207 0813155 and someone will deal with your query.

You are more than welcome to bring a friend. If you book in advance and are able to find two available slots at the same time this shouldn't be a problem!

We understand the benefits of working towards your goals with the same Stretchologist on a regular basis, and we will accommodate this where possible. 

Due to each Stretchologist having varied schedules we can not guarantee that this will always be possible however. Similarly, Stretchologists are subject to change/ substitution with no prior notice. 

Billing

All sessions are prepaid without exception.

Please be aware that cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are fully chargeable for the full session amount. This also applies to no shows to sessions.

Our Stretchologists are present on site at the time of your booking to stretch you, this fee covers their time and the studio fee.

If you are having difficulties cancelling online please call the studio on 020 7081 3155 and someone will deal with your query.

Memberships are billed monthly and  the billing date set when enrolling.

Your membership/session will activate and charge your account on the day you purchase, unless you let us know you would like to move the payment date forward.

Credits are non refundable, you can however you can  gift these to a friend, please contact the studios if you would like to transfer to a friend.

Yes, our packages and credits have a 3-month expiry from the date of activation. Our memberships have a 3-month initial commitment period and then are rolling month to month. All membership credits expire at the end of each payment cycle.

Introductory offers expire after 1-month of the purchase date.

No extensions or refunds are given to any session credits.

Yes you can switch from a package to a membership, and vice versa, however you must have completed the initial 3-month commitment of the membership, and have given 7 days written notice (to [email protected]).

Why Do I need to fill in a client intake form?

We require this information so your stretchologist is aware of any pre existing issues and areas you may want to work on in your session.
