Who are we?
StretchLAB has been created to deliver relief and recovery to exercise junkies, office workers and everyone in between.
Our mission is to bring 1 on 1 assisted stretching to the mainstream through a collection of neighbourhood wellness studios across the UK where our trained Stretchologists work with clients towards flexibility and mobility goals. StretchLAB aims to make stretching a regular part of self-care routines in the UK through an accessible price point, convenient locations and unrivalled client experience.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment for your session can be made online, over the phone or in person at time of booking. We require prepayment for all bookings. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express, but please note, we cannot accept payments in cash.
If you would like to leave a tip for your Stretchologist, you can do this using the Easytip app. There is a QR code available on the desk in the studio.

Who Should Get Stretched?
Assisted Stretching is for every age group, every lifestyle and every body. Whether you’re a gym junkie, desk based office worker, or even a couch potato, everyone can benefit from stretching, and stretching correctly.
Who Will Be Stretching Me?
All of our Stretchologists have bodywork experience and are certified in our proprietary stretch method. They come from a variety of backgrounds, including personal training, massage therapy, yoga instruction and professional dance. They are then complete our in house- training with our Director of Education and Head Stretchologist before under going many hands-on practice hours.
When Should I Get Stretched?
Any time is a good time to get stretched! Whether pre- or post- workout, or whether you just need some time to focus on yourself and recover. If you are feeling stiff it’s a great way to get yourself moving again.
A pre-workout stretch warms up your muscles, can reduce risk of injury and boost your performance.
A post-workout stretch speeds recovery by flushing out metabolic waste, increasing blood flow and lengthening muscles that have just been contracted.
On top of it all it’s super relaxing.
Can I book last minute?
Our booking slots are live on our booking system up to 5 minutes prior to the start of the session. We often have availability for last-minute appointments at all of our studios. You are welcome to book online or give us a call to secure the booking, please note we can only secure bookings with prepayment. However, please note that cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
How can I book an appointment using a Gift Card?
If you’ve been given a StretchLAB Gift Card you’ll need to get in touch with us directly to book in and redeem your gift card – to do this please email info@stretch-lab.co.uk or call one of our Studios. Please note, as per our Terms and Conditions, our Gift Cards are valid for 12 months.
Can I buy a package of credits?
Absolutely, we offer packages of 10 or 20 credits. You can find the prices and how purchase on our BUY page.
Can I select a specific Stretchologist for my treatment?
Yes! When you book online you have the option to select a specific Stretchologist. You can find out more about their strengths and specialities on OUR TEAM page and, if you’d like any further information about a particular Stretchologist’s style, you can get in touch with our front of house team by emailing info@stretch-lab.co.uk or calling any of our studios.
What Should I wear?
Anything you are comfortable in, and isn’t too restrictive. What you would wear to work out in is a simple answer. Your Stretchologist will move you into some open positions so please ensure you are concealed. You won’t get sweaty or need to shower. We do ask that our clients wear a fresh pair of socks, which we also have available for purchase in the studio.
OUR POLICIES
Who Can’t Stretch?
For safety reasons, we cannot provide assisted stretching to individuals who:
Are currently pregnant
Have undergone major surgery within the past 12 months
Do not have medical clearance to resume normal physical activity
Have existing muscular injuries or tears
Have been diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
Under 16 years of age, or aged 16 or 17 without an adult present
What happens if I need to cancel or change my booking?
We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your Stretch. We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy for all bookings. This protects our Stretchologists who book out their time for confirmed bookings. You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your session either online or by speaking to a member of our front of house team.
