We always recommend our complete 50 minute session which allows your Stretchologist enough time to focus on both global and local muscle groups. as well as any areas that might need any extra care and attention.

Our 25 minute express session is a great option if particularly short on time, wanting to focus on a specific area of the body, or are planning on visiting multiple times per week. Not recommended for first visits.


MSK CLINIC (PHYSIOTHERAPY & OSTEOPATHY)

Complimentary 15 minute consultations with our MSK Team are available both online or in-person in order to assess whether MSK treatment is suitable. Initial Appointments are 1 hour and include both consultation and treatment.
