Our Hampstead studio is on Heath Street, one minute from Hampstead tube and a short stroll from the Heath itself. It suits a village that stays on its feet, the walkers, hikers and active adults who spend their weekends outdoors and want to keep their bodies capable for years to come.
Why Hampstead
Mobility is the thing that quietly slips away over the years, and getting it back is exactly what assisted stretching does. For an area that loves the Heath and stays active well into later life, regular sessions keep your range, protect your joints and keep walking, climbing and bending comfortable. Being a minute from the tube makes it an easy habit to keep.
What a session looks like
Assisted stretching is one to one work with a trained Stretchologist who moves you through stretches you cannot do effectively on your own. Each fifty minute session is built around your body that day, easing the stiff hips, hamstrings, shoulders and back that creep in with age and with long days walking and standing. It is gentle, hands off for you, and you leave noticeably looser.
