Our Chelsea studio sits on Draycott Avenue near Brompton Cross, a short walk from South Kensington. It is made for an area that takes its training seriously, the runners, gym regulars and Pilates and reformer crowd who want to recover properly and keep their bodies moving well.

Why Chelsea

If you already run, lift or take classes, assisted stretching is the recovery piece most people skip. It restores the range that heavy training quietly takes away, helps you avoid the niggles that turn into injuries, and lets you train more consistently. For a neighbourhood that trains as much as Chelsea does, it fits naturally into the week.

What a session looks like

Assisted stretching is one to one work with a trained Stretchologist who moves you through stretches you cannot get to on your own. Each fifty minute session is shaped around your body that day, working into the tight hamstrings, hips and shoulders that build up from training hard and sitting the rest of the time. It is hands off for you and hands on for us, and the difference in how you move is immediate.
