Your Journey
It starts with why it hurts.
Your physiotherapy journey begins with a thorough assessment to understand your condition, lifestyle, and goals. We take the time to identify the root cause of your pain or movement problem, not just the symptoms.
Based on your assessment, we create a personalised treatment plan which may include a combination of hands-on treatment, advanced technologies, and guided exercise. Treatment is always explained clearly, so you know what’s happening and why.

Chirag Parmar
Clinical Lead · HCPC-Registered Physiotherapist
SUPERVISING PHYSIOTHERAPIST Chirag is a passionate musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist with over five years of hands-on experience helping people —from elite athletes to everyday active individuals— overcome injuries and unlock their full potential. He began his career with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Brunel University London, where he developed a solid foundation in evidence-based care. From there, he dove straight into the NHS, rotating through diverse specialties like orthopaedics and community rehab, building his skills in managing complex cases under pressure. Parallel to his NHS work, Chirag brought his expertise to the pitch as a physio for Gaelic football and hurling teams, handling acute injuries and performance tweaks. A highlight was serving as the physiotherapist for Queens Park Rangers (QPR) Women's First Team, where he fine-tuned rehab programs to keep players match-ready. In 2022, he took his passion for football to the next level with a Master's in Sports and Exercise Medicine (Football-Specific Pathway) at the University of Birmingham. Returning to London, he spent 2 years at a busy orthopaedic MSK outpatient clinic while supporting young talents as the Academy Physiotherapist at Tottenham Hotspur. Chirag's philosophy is all about reverse engineering the movements clients need for daily life or their sport—think sharp cuts in football, explosive jumps, or even just pain-free stairs—and building rehab around them.
