Guide · 50 Minutes

What to expect.

It is not a massage. It is not a yoga class. It is 50 minutes of one-on-one treatment in which someone else does the hard work of lengthening the muscles you use all day. Here is every minute of it.

01Step

Arrive & assess.

Before your first session, you will complete an intake form so your Stretchologist can identify problem areas and discuss any goals you might have. Your Stretchologist builds your programme from the findings of your first session - not a template.

02Step

Your protocol.

Your Stretchologist builds a session around what your body needs today - no two are the same. PNF, passive, active, and static, drawn from as needed.

03Step

The stretch.

You lie on a loaded table. They do the work. You breathe. 50 minutes moves quickly.

04Step

Homework & progress.

Progress doesn’t stop when you leave. Your Stretchologist sets you drills to practise at home, building on what you gained today. The more consistently you come back, the faster your range improves.

The Method

Every method. One body at a time.

We draw from the full stretching toolkit - PNF, passive, active, and static - and match the method to your body on the day. No two sessions are identical; that’s the point. Every Stretchologist is trained in a physiotherapist-designed protocol and your Stretchologist works from that protocol throughout your programme. Between visits you get a short homework programme to keep the range you earn.

Four methods

PNF, passive, active, static - matched to the day

Personalised

No two sessions are the same; programmed around you

Homework

Results you feel.

Improved mobility, less tension, better movement, session by session.

FAQ

Still wondering?

What should I wear?

Gym clothes you can move in. No shoes on the table. We provide towels and socks.

Does it hurt?

You set the limit. Your Stretchologist aims for a 7 out of 10 on every stretch, deep enough to work, safe enough to hold. The more you communicate, the better the result.

Will I be sore after?

Some clients feel a mild stretch-soreness for 24 hours, similar to a light workout. Most feel immediately looser.

Can I come if I’m injured?

Yes, with clearance from your GP or physio. We work around injuries, not through them.

How often should I come?

Weekly is where results happen. If you’re training or chasing a specific goal, twice a week accelerates progress significantly. Most StretchClub Plus members visit every 7 days because the gains compound. Between sessions, your Stretchologist sets you homework so you keep moving forward on your own time.
