Faith is a 4th year osteopathic masters student and has joined StretchLAB having already delivered assisted stretching previously. Faith believes improving the health and flexibility of the body through stretching is a key part to preventing avoidable pain and injury.
Faith will be able to bring a large amount of knowledge an experience from her work and training as on Osteopath, but also her knowledge of breathwork to help your musculoskeletal system and help to calm your nervous system, to help you get the most out of your stretching.
