At StretchLAB, every session is tailored to you. We focus on your comfort while helping you get the most out of every stretch. Our approach creates a supportive space where you can relax, recharge, and unlock lasting benefits that help you move and feel better.
IS IT YOUR FIRST TIME ?
We recommend booking a full 50-minute session. This gives your Stretchologist plenty of time to work on both global and local muscle groups, along with any areas that need extra care.

IN A RUSH?
Short on time? Our 25-minute express session is perfect for focusing on a specific area or making stretching a regular part of your routine.
Late for a session?
We understand Londons transport doesn't always play fair. If you're running late, give us a call. We'll make the most of the time left in your session, but we'll always need to finish on time so we're ready for the next client.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Leave the tux or ball gown at home. If it might split during the splits, it's probably not the best choice. We suggest gym gear and fresh socks are essential, for everyone's benefit.

Experience the power of pneumatic compression therapy with our 30-minute Recovery Pump Session, designed to accelerate recovery, reduce muscle soreness, and enhance overall performance. Using state-of-the-art compression devices (think big, supportive, full leg boots), this session promotes faster healing and relaxation for both athletes and active individuals.
