Tameka brings over 15 years of experience in fitness, mobility and yoga to StretchLab. With a strong foundation in strength training and functional movement, she brings precision and care to every assisted stretch. Dedicated to helping clients release tension, increase flexibility and connect more deeply with how their body moves, she always tailors each stretch to meet individual needs and goals.
Her background in martial arts and combat sports gives her a deep appreciation for form and efficiency, while her teaching experience across yoga and strength training allows her to connect with clients of all levels. She’s passionate about strength, mobility and recovery as the foundation for long-term wellbeing and performance.
Tameka is currently completing her Level 5 qualification in Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy, expanding her ability to bridge the gap between clinical care and functional movement to support clients’ long-term health and performance goals.
