Meet Jesse, a trainee member of the British Stunt Register, professional boxing coach, former boxer, and personal trainer with a strong foundation in performance, mobility, and precise technical movement. His background in combat sports and stunt training has shaped a deep understanding of posture, joint health, and efficient mechanics — principles he brings into every stretch session.
Jesse takes a calm, focused, and highly technical approach, tailoring each session to improve range of motion, enhance performance, and build long-term resilience. He believes strongly in longevity through prevention, and sees mobility as a key pillar of staying healthy, capable, and pain-free throughout life.
Currently working in film and television as a trainee stunt performer, Jesse combines real-world physical demands with evidence-based training to help clients move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best.
