With over a decade of personal yoga practice, Shu brings deep body awareness and a calm, intuitive approach to every stretch session. Shu has been teaching various styles of yoga since 2020, and blends this knowledge into her work as a Stretchologist. Her sessions are all about helping you unwind, release tension, and feel more freedom in your body-always at a pace that feels good for you.
