Isabel is a dedicated student who is currently finishing a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy with a level 3 massage certificate. Massage has always been a keen interest of mine and how it can benefit the body. Coming from a small rural town and growing up doing a variety of sports outside such as cross country, hockey and climbing, stretching has always been a valuable form of movement to connect to mind to body.
