Studio Manager – Central London
Job Type: Full Time – 40 hours per week
- £25,500 – £30,000 Basic Salary (Experience Dependant)
- £40,000+ OTE per annum (Sales Target Led)
StretchLAB is a chain of boutique studios that specialises in 1-on-1 Assisted Stretching.
Our 6 studios are situated in the heart of London, including Oxford Circus, Notting Hill, Chelsea, Fitzrovia, Westfield Shepherds Bush and Hampstead with more studios opening this year.
About the role:
The Studio Manager role is the first point of contact for our clients. You are responsible for managing the team in your studio and ensuring that Stretchologists and Receptionists maintain a high level of customer service, throughout the customer journey. You are responsible for monitoring and supporting studio standards and the wider team. You are able to deal with any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Sales will be a major part of your role and your salary will be commensurate to targets, so you will need to be confident in being able to upsell packages and memberships to our clients, managing the Stretchologist and Reception team to maximise your selling prowess.
You will also be a part of the hiring and training process for new receptionists for our studios.

What you’ll do:
- Ensure the best possible experience for each client and rebooking wherever possible.
- Deal with any customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner aiming to resolve within 24 hours.
- Run Performance Reviews with your team.
- Upselling our services, packages and memberships, ensuring that the team are doing the same and hitting personal and studio targets.
- Be accountable and responsible for the financial achievements within the studio.
- Be responsible for standards and cleanliness across the Studio.
- Identify Hiring and Scheduling needs within your studio.
- Hiring and Interviewing candidates to join your Studio and grow your team.
- Help onboard new team members, via a structured plan.
- Support the reception team to deliver StretchLAB worthy customer service and environment.
- Aid the Management team to hire and train new Reception team members and with ad-hoc tasks.
- Our studios are open 7 days per week, so you will be available to work weekends.
What you’ll bring:
- Confidence in being able to sell packages and memberships to clients
- Experience working in a hospitality, health and beauty industry or fitness environment, preferably in a management position
- Experience delivering premium customer service face to face, over the phone any by email
- Experience in managing bookings and reservations

- Knowledge of MindBody
- Experience working in sales towards set targets
