Seyi has a background as a Personal Trainer with experience in boxing, MMA, calisthenics, and functional strength work. Over time, he developed a strong interest in mobility and recovery—particularly during his transition from boxing to MMA—which led him to focus on assisted stretching as a way to help people move with more ease and feel at home in their bodies.
He enjoys working with clients who want to improve flexibility, release tension, and restore natural movement. His approach is calm, patient, and centred on creating sessions that allow the body to open up safely and effectively.
Seyi’s goal is to help people feel lighter, more relaxed, and more mobile after every session.
