In her home country, Maryam made history as the first woman to lead the national yoga team, guiding them to the silver position at the World Cup Championships. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that “the more flexible your body is, the more flexible your mind becomes — and a flexible mind can handle life’s challenges with ease.”
Maryam’s expertise spans Power Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Therapy Yoga, which she combines with assisted stretching to help clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall wellbeing. With her championship-level background and decades of teaching experience, she designs each session to strengthen both body and mind, guiding clients toward lasting flexibility, resilience, and inner balance.
