Faith is an osteopath (M.Ost) with further training in lymphatic drainage massage and medical acupuncture.
She has been doing assisted stretching since 2022 as she believes flexibility and mobility are two key factors on MSK health and overall well being.
She uses different techniques to help you increase your mobility and flexibility, and follows the science of stretching, preferring to hold you for long, deep stretches, letting you relax and calm your nervous system, which can significantly affect your body in a positive way.
It is important to note, that whilst at StretchLab, she works only as a stretchologist, not an osteopath, but can use her knowledge to help tailor each session to your body.
