Carolina holds a BA in Dance, is a certified Yoga Teacher, and is a Massage therapist. Her diverse background in various bodywork disciplines spans from somatic movement practices to martial arts, circus, physical theatre, acrobatics, puppetry and object theatre, among others. Currently, she is in the process of becoming a certified Thai massage practitioner. Her rich experience has provided her with valuable insights into body mechanics, mobility, and the fundamentals of posture.
