With over seven years’ experience in fitness and rehabilitation, Kyle brings a wealth of expertise to every session. Having worked with athletes from grassroots to Olympic level, he understands how movement, recovery and consistency drive performance.

After earning a BSc in Sport Science, qualifying as a Level 3 Sports Therapist and a Personal Trainer with Nike, he wants to help individuals reach new levels of mobility and strength. Now pursuing a Master’s in Chiropractic, he continues to explore how the body adapts, heals, and thrives through movement.

Believing that stretching is essential for both mind and body, Kyle helps clients incorporate flexibility and recovery into everyday life, improving posture, easing tension, and restoring balance.
